Retreats

Meditation retreats are considered an integral part of mindfulness training. They consist of a schedule of alternating sitting and walking meditation in silence, along with instruction and talks from a qualified teacher. Longer retreats may feature
group or private interviews with teachers.

Retreat fees cover only costs, such as facility
rental. Teachers are supported by your donations
(dana) only. This generosity is heart-opening, and
is yet another integral part of this practice. Please
be generous.

There are no SLIMG-hosted retreats on the calendar currently, but
SLIMG teachers Bridget Rolens and Jon Yaffe will lead a retreat for Mid America Dharma in St. Louis, March 23-25, 2012. For information on this and other Mid America Dharma retreats, click HERE.
